• Service details: vehicle make/model, ICBC claim number, photos of damage, preferred location and time.

How we use it

• To schedule, perform, and warranty your glass service.
• To process ICBC and insurance claims on your behalf.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups by email or SMS.
• To respond to questions and improve our service.

SMS & email communications

When you book online or request a quote, you agree to receive transactional messages (booking confirmations, reminders, status updates) at the phone number and email you provide. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, or unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any message. We do not sell your phone number or email address.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to complete your service: with ICBC or your insurer for claim processing, with our glass and parts suppliers, and with service providers who help us operate the website (hosting, email/SMS delivery, analytics). We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep service and claim records for as long as required to honour our lifetime workmanship warranty and to meet tax, accounting, and insurance obligations.

Your rights
